In 2024 Arthur Zanders, also author of the book Crisismanagement published the book ‘Navigating crisis situations’.

In crisis situations we are confronted with time pressure and emotional stress, confusing and incomplete information and the need to make decisions, often without a safety net. Knowing how difficult this is I hope this book supports you in preparing for these situations and helps you becoming a better crisis manager.
This book focusses on managers for whom crisis management is not their core business. But at some point it may well become your most important task. Hopefully for a short time.

In 2024 is het Engelstalige boek ‘Navigating crisis situations’ uitgebracht door Arthur Zanders, tevens auteur van het boek Crisismanagement.

In crisissituaties worden we geconfronteerd met tijdsdruk en emotionele stress, verwarrende en onvolledige informatie en de noodzaak om beslissingen te nemen, vaak zonder vangnet. Omdat ik weet hoe moeilijk dit is, hoop ik dat dit boek je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding op deze situaties en je helpt een betere crisismanager te worden. Omdat, ook in Nederland, niet alle managers Nederlandstalig zijn is dit boek geschreven in het Engels.
